Saw this coming once I was getting ready and decided to check forums because there were literally 3-4 of the counting threads on recent activity. Participated a few times myself, but I'm definitely all for this bc it is actually super disappointing to refresh the forums after awhile just to find a bunch of counting threads.
Random, mainly useless facts with Jelly: That technically isn't sarcastic, but is called ironic, since the official deffenition of sarcasm actually also is wanting to be harmfull to the person targetted. Ironic is the same things as sarcastic (ish) but without that part. I know, everyone uses the word wrong... (I've learned the official meaning first due to not being a native English speaker, and so: it usually is quite confusing to me)
This seems interesting. I'll make sure Counting with Pictures remains healthy. I haven't yet read the thread, but it's going rather quickly, it seems, so I wanted to post my first thoughts first.
Great post, and great decisions, Krysyy! (and possibly/probably others) I am glad for what has happened... the counting thread flood will be something to be remembered. I was hoping for it to come to an end naturally... but it seemed it was only getting more extreme. This is a good ending.
THANK YOU SUCH MUCH! Recently, I've been trying to check the newest threads for auctions, and over half of them are [FORUM GAME] Count until ougajduhigyhadsfihuij! Appreciate this, very helpful! It will be sad to see some year old threads leave... So sad. JK. And good riddance. xD
Thank... You... Staff. Even though I've participated in these forums (preferably the originals and not the 1000 clone threads), they were definitely a waste of space on the recent threads section. This is unfortunately what happens when a few people decide to stir the pot where it requires moderator/staff intervention to control it. Like q1zx mentioned these threads were obstructing more important threads such as auctions, suggestions, polls and what not (and I bet these threads buried new player welcome threads too). I'm glad we can give more attention to the threads that actually need it. As a disclaimer, I don't have problems with players enjoying the forum games that are established, but when its impeding on the viewing of threads that directly involve EMC or the threads that are there to improve the forums/server, that's when I begin to take offense to it. Thanks again Staff and lets clean up this mess.

Yes, that was me and I'll admit it was a stupid thing to do. I had that closed down a while ago though before all these new things started.
