Glow squid doesn’t even glow it’s just a retextured regular squid 1) why come up with it in the first place and 2) why would anyone vote for it
It does glow, like Enderman and Spider eyes. Actual illumination would be a lot cooler, though, but I guess they thought it would be too heavy on people's pcs. They came up with it for Minecraft Earth, which, I believe, includes dozens of mob variants, just for some variety. Why include it in this vote? I don't know, to be honest. Why would you vote for it? Because the Moobloom is lame too, and the Iceologer sounds annoying. I still think all three options were dull and disappointing, even if you don't compare them to the four we got in 2017. But oh well, I guess they wanted some interaction. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Who knows, maybe kids who voted for the glow squid will enjoy it.
