SMP1 Back up (Maybe?)

I was about to get on the minute it crashed... 030 Glad I didn't et on...

Tried and failed.

i figured that would be the case. if server is refusing connections, i doubt you could do much to try and kick those trapped on the server.

Imagine all those poor players being trapped on the server, not being able to switch. It must suck =P

Can't you just direct connect to the others for now?

Not if you're stuck on smp1, you can only be on one at a time

Can you remove the Plugin or Coded part of the server that uses "/server [SMP]" then make them use the Direct connect to get them out of there? Or is that too much of a pain to find the Plugin/Code to remove it?

They don't even need to remove it. People just need to connect with the direct connection, like you used to. But it may require a restart of the software to kick the people off smp1. So it's not very easy. Especially with Aikar being away...
