  12. SMP5, you're wrong! Three reasons say it's not a promo ;)
    1. (The most important) It's not listed as a promo on the Wiki, it's listed as a Tutorial item: http://empireminecraft.com/wiki/empire-assistant/
    2. It's never been available via /promo
    3. It doesn't celebrate a particular date or holiday
