    And I gotta say...I think I might just like the trading changes this time.

  3. The enchanting system is pure junk. 100% crap. The 1.3 threw a heavy blow towards enchanting as a business, but this system might hit just as hard. For many of us who keeps our levels very high, this could make enchanting ridiculously easy.

  7. Villagers are now spawned with all trades. I am laughing so hard at the people who spent 30-40k on infinite villagers.

    Then there are the people who made the villagers like samsimx and I.


    Then I remember that it ruins my business and the price of any villager trade.


    Then you think you want to go into another profitable service such as iron farming or enchantments. Well, now enchants are a lot more obtainable and with new stacked doors it is a lot easier to make an iron farm. Now I have to make money by doing... ugh... labor and hard work.....

    That is bad enough until you realize how this hits EMC. It will probably delay dragon tombs and aikar says it ill delay the 750k out outposts in the wild.

    Aikar, I know you like ruining the economy but help the villager capitalists out! Make something so that villagers can only have all trades available if they spawn naturally in the wild. It will still ruin the economy, it will just be slow and painful versus short and painfree

  10. Has anyone confirmed if villagers created in 1.7 keep their trades transferring to 1.8?

  15. Try looking at the positives. Say hello to the new stones, bouncy slime blocks, and even cheap anvil repairs!

  16. The anvil mechanics were changed too, so now renamed tools aren't infinitely repairable anymore. The repair costs (in xp) now scale to ridiculous levels. :(
  17. Yeah, after I heart it the day before yesterday, I was really disappointed at the people who did this. They think that when you can get it more easily people will be happy because they can make bigger, special builds. But they are not special anymore. Rarity is a good thing. And I feel also very sorry for those people who went to all jungles, found temples, got circle stone, and now this. I was really disappointed when I saw this, and I still am. When you don't agree with me, please share your statements.

  18. jungle temples are rarer in 1.7 so those builds would be entirely less possible now and it makes sense tbh you can craft different types of sandstone why not regular stone? ive been forced to buy from shop for circle stone on numerous occasions and am glad that thats over personally. really the only ones who might be mad are the ones who bought massive quantities on that holiday promo a while back
