I suggest waiting until Halloween, we will most likely have a promo but I'm not guaranteeing anything. Also, dreacon is only getting items because he is in the navy and is unable to connect to the servers often.
It should be noted that another player (me), not the server staff, is giving him this item. Wouldn't want anyone to get confused.
