I didn't agree to you getting a man up first. You can get one up in 1960 at the earliest - if somebody gets to the point of getting a man in space before you, then so be it. They got there through legitimate means and just because you thought you could 'reserve' a space to do it first doesn't mean you actually did. The European Commonwealth sees this as hostile and will be keeping a very close eye on the USSR's activities. All member states of the Commonwealth are advised to prepare to attack the USSR should it be necessary.
