This year, we are hosting a Secret Santa event to celebrate the holidays! To participate, you must reply to this thread saying that you desire to participate. Just reply something like, "I am in!". Deadline to join this event is by December 4th 11:59pm EMC time. After the deadline and entries are closed, an event location will be announced with chests and access signs. Inside of your chest will be a Book & Quill item with the name of another EMC player. Remember, this is a Secret Santa event, so don't tell anybody whose name you get! You will then have two weeks to put together a gift for that player and drop it off at the event residence. Please drop-off your gifts off by December 18th 11:59pm EMC time! Then during the week of Christmas, you can go to the event residence to receive your gift and find out who your Secret Santa was. (Please note that the time for pickup will be longer than the week of Christmas to accommodate everyone's holiday plans) Happy holidays! Secret Santa Guidelines: Keep in mind that staff members will screen your gifts to ensure appropriateness. Please do not use alts. The best gifts should not be about the gift's rupee value. Renaming items in an anvil, writing a special Christmas message in a book, etc. are all encouraged - and honestly preferred. Where possible, look for opportunities to individualize the gift. Make it special. Gift assignments will be randomly assigned and shall remain secret until gifts are finalized and available for pickup. If you are concerned about your availability to get in-game in the 2 weeks (Dec 4th to Dec 18th) to deliver your gift, message staff and we will try and work with you. Staff will ensure that every participant has received a gift, in cases where a gifter does not make it online. Have fun with it!
