    Moderation is a task demanding of maturity, assertiveness and responsibility. It is a calling which one accepts through hard work and respect towards others, as well as demonstrating oneself as a role model in the community.

    One does not simply 'wish' to become a moderator. Someone who is truly destined to be a moderator puts their heart and soul into working and serving the community, even without the ability to kick or ban, and demonstrates they are a strong, capable individual who have the rare traits required to lead a community.

    By showing you are internally weak in this respect, you are showing others you lack any capability of truly becoming someone worthy of leading the Empire Minecraft community. I'm sorry bro, I'm sure you're cool IRL, but moderation is a special thing, and from what we can see you just ain't special.
