Ik this is an old thread so im kinda afraid to bump it but I've been considering posting something on here and i've been doodling today and just thought I'd share it
Nice! :) This thread is pinned, so it can't really be bumped anyway (except in the recently active threads list), so it's completely fine.
It is very rare (maybe never done, actually) that I post pictures from real life, but I've spent a lot of time on this one over the past couple days and am proud of the result, so I'll share it here. Sorry for the crappy image; paper was a bit wrinkled on edges so I couldn't get a great pic (seeing as it's not hung up) and erased the bottom left corner so as to remove my name. For those who don't know, I love the ocean, so during those rare times I draw beyond doodling in my notes (it's been several months since my last one), I like to focus on it a lot. I hope this one does it justice.
For a few seconds I thought to myself "I have no idea what this is supposed to be, but it looks just like a turtle!" Then I realised it's supposed to be a turtle. And it's a pretty fantastic turtle. My brain is having a slow day.
Wow!!! That's incredible!! I love it! At first when I read 'It is very rare that I post pictures from real life' and saw the top part of the picture, I thought "Is that real life??"; then, when I read on, I realised it was a real drawing photographed, and not a photograph of a real scene. Thanks for sharing, anyway!! Edit: One and a half minutes later, and I'm still looking at it, amazing myself with the skill this was drawn with. xD
