I updated mine with out knowing I couldn't play EMC, I feel stupid for updating it now

Dont worry! They wont reset your res or anything like that.

Yes, unless you have been online before the update then your safe, and if your not banned. If you were away for 10 days + then your res may be reset as you havn't been on for X amount of days before the update so the update hasn't affected your login to EMC

Whenever Mojang releases a new version of Minecraft you will be asked if you want to update when launching the game. We don't really know when these releases are coming so they could be at any moment. If you upgrade your game you will NOT be able to play on any EMC server until we finish upgrading. I say again DO NOT UPDATE if you want to play on EMC.

Once a new update comes out we then have to wait for the new server version to come out. The talented Bukkit team then has to fix the server so it is actually usable. At this point we get it and we have to integrate it into the EMC platform. Once an update comes out we go into overdrive and our goal is to get out the update in a stable place ASAP.

if you have windows 7 ... type in %appdata% in search bar ... go to Roaming folder ... go to .Minecraft folder ... go to bin folder ... delete your minecraft.jar ... then go download 1.3.2 jar (think this is the correct link) http://bit.ly/PVWHRK .... after that place that .jar in the bin folder ... then load up minecraft ... and this time make sure to 'not update' ... if you have another version that is not windows 7 ... such as vista or xp ... you may also go to 'my computer' ... 'local disc or c: drive' .... 'users' ... 'your name' ... then up in the 'url or whatever it's called infront of your name type \appdata ... then do similar thing as windows 7 and go to roaming, minecraft, then bin ... best of luck - eklektoi

I could send you the 1.3.2 file but as mentioned before in the thread, we don't know if this illegal.

only if the link leads to an advertising website or if it gives a virus is it illegal - other then that it's pretty much 'helping' ... so it is 'not' illegal.

it's illegal to share the .jar file. also you could use either magic launcher or spoutcraft, they both allow you to play previous builds of minecraft.

How is it illegal? you can go to google and type in a .jar and bam you have it ... you can go to your own list of minecraft.jar list ... hit properties go to previous versions and click a restore point ... you can break it open using an unziper ... and just switch versions ... you can use an art ware or java editor or netbeans and just rewrite the number of version and you instantly change version - cause you keep all on file storage ... how is downloading the .jar illegal when everyone else does it and even the servers have to do it to upgrade versions ?

Guys,if you want to have 1.4 and 1.3 just download mcvtool from digiex.net. You can also download any other version of minecraft. Just need the jars downloaded in your .minecraft

Well I kinda broke sproutcraft and magic launcher isnt really working for me.
