The simple answer, is that you need to start with no mods. Start it, if it works then close out and add one mod. Start it, if it works then close out and add one mod. And so on until one does not work. At such time make sure you have the latest version or contact that mod's author/support to figure out what is going wrong.
I started to do what you suggested. I renamed the old mods folder to "mods - 19" and made a new mods folder without any mods. I then added "modmenu 4.0.6" only. Minecraft still crashed with only one mod. The following spoiler is the crash report. I can't make heads or tails out of it. I'm using fabric-launcher-1.19.2 with the following: -Xmx4G -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M I also installed the latest java as well. The first spoiler is my device specs. The second is the Summary. yeah, he's saying that it crashes as soon as he adds one mod. he got at step 2 of the suggested test.
Maybe someone can suggest a discord or more specific person to request help from. I am not the author of mod menu... Although. The logical first step is to do the thing it tells you to do
Ok. I've tweaked the swap memory problem. So, that problem's fixed. The other problem is two mods: Krypton & MiniHUD. All other mods load fine. Small rant about emcutils being quilt only.
