We still have several weeks of summer. Stop saying summer went by so fast as it is not over yet!

In a few weeks I will be a year older. In my nearly 50 years of life it may seem silly but EMC is the reason I am still around. It has really been the best thing to happen to me. Thanks Aikar, chickeneer, and Krysyy for everything you have done for me! Peace to all!

No one wants to hear the "C" word from their doctor. Over the last 4ish weeks I have been living with that reality. Thankfully the surgery that I had on the 5th was a success and I am no longer living with the fear of cancer.

Pulled out the slow cooker. Todays meal is a BBQ chicken which will be served with veggies. Going to get into meal prep after my Doc told me to lose weight for real this year. I tried and failed last year. Being that I am in the medical field she is being extra hard on me.
