        Not if you use the new crafting recipe thing. You can shift click on the recipe and it will either put a stack of each ingredient in the correct spot or it will make as much as you have the materials for. This means if I have 4 stacks of sand and 4 stacks of gravel plus dye in my inventory, I can make 8 stacks of concrete powder.

        I could also be looking at this wrong and you mean turning the concrete powder into concrete and in that case yes it is a pain. Either way I shall leave this information about the new crafting system here in case someone stumbles upon it.
