I attended a concert staging of Wagner's Die Walküre with five people from my student's association, at a 78% discount because we're young. It was very impressive! I was quite confused that the text was only provided in Dutch and English. :/ But we looked it up online! Apr 27, 2024

      I remember you writing about which shift key you and others use, and I said I virtually exclusively use the left shift key, excluding for something I now forgot. :P I've found another thing I use the right shift key for now though: when typing with one hand I might (naturallyish even!) use it for keys on the right side of the keyboard - though seemingly logical,

        As for the left shift key: I also use it pretty much exclusively with my ring finger. My pinkies are left out almost completely, probably because they seem too weak to press down properly. :P

        Woah, your ring finger gets down to the shift key? Then you must not have a \ key to the right of it. :P (or remapped it, of course)

        Ah, that explains a lot! I've always (excluding when using some keyboards somewhere I'm not often) had the luxury of having keyboards with full left shift keys. :) So much so that keyboards with that \ key have become nearly unusable for me. :P

        However, the main thing about CP is that you can use them to request videos, and the leaderboards are secondary, being intended mostly as a way to check how much you've got, and not how much you've got in comparison to others (however, I do sort by total acquired instead of currently possessed, so people won't refrain from using their CP because they want to retain their position).

        Cool! I haven't used GarageBand in a while, as the most recent version (at least that is compatible with my iPad) has an annoying 'feature' that you can't turn off, but I certainly wouldn't mind getting back to it, as I do know how it works very well, and it's a good program. :)

      I stayed at university for half an hour after the exam, maybe that's what made me so tired... but at any rate, if I won't be able to study anymore this afternoon, tomorrow's exam should go fine. :) And then I've got a week off! :D

      The last part of the group assignment actually went flawlessly. :) I handed in our research report almost an hour before the 5 PM deadline, and spent the evening with friends from last year's study. :)

      Our assignment is still depressing. My mother wanted to help us out so she asked all her contacts to participate in our online version of the experiment, and now I just heard that for some reason the online experiment didn't record the results for almost everyone.
