I think you should take a lesson in physics and the state of technology in the 1970s. It literally is impossible for 10 million men to fit on one ship without it either sinking or being immobile. Even the largest ships today, in the 2010s, can't fit more than six-several thousand men on them. Your comparison between a ship and the formation of a nation makes no sense. To form a nation, you do not need to take physics and other science-y stuff into account. With a piece of technology, such as a car, ship or space shuttle, you need to take physics into account to see if the laws of the Universe allow for it to be practical. The formation of a nation requires a slip of paper and a dozen soldiers to throw at your rulers until one side can't do that anymore.

The cuntry country also has an automatic silver mine, (for producing bullets, Raidens, etc.) a water plant and a electricity plant used for the citizens' basic needs, such as showers, clean water, electricity to watch TV, and so on. Bakaara United also has a quarter million soldiers (including generals), all armed with M1 carbines. They also have about 100,000 people in the police force, all armed with M1911A1s. What Bakaara United Plans To Do:The scientists at Bakaara United has commenced research on a new type of rifle. This rifle will be fully automatic and will have a clip size of 75 .30cal bullets, however, it is going to be quite light, with estimations of its weight being around 4kg with the clip inside. This is estimated to take about 5 posts to complete. The silver gained from the silver mine will be used to produce 250 more Raidens and more bullets. 1/5 of the citizens in the farming section will be allocated to build the Raidens and produce more bullets. This will only take 2 posts to complete. The military will also train 250 more pilots to pilot the Raidens that are currently being built. This will take about 2 posts.
