Also mba, are u aware of the new highway being built in wrem that goes to inizio. I was wondering if this build was approved. Theres a sign that labels it as being built be RET industries. Please note that there are 2 highways, one that i build before the constitution was enacted, and one currently under construction now.

The road was started when i was in charge of infrastructure, the project has been awaiting funds. it is "owned" by the Heartless Corporation, and was started prior the government being enacted. Seance it has been an ongoing project, i was unaware i needed to reacquired a permit. (in an inverted way, MBA is a shareholder in the project)
