My Diamond Supporter Subscription Was Suddenly Canceled - Part Two

  1. Hello,

    So, after waiting several weeks for a voucher to get redeemed, I opted to go ahead and subscribe and get instant access. Coincidentally, Krys redeemed my original voucher the same day I bought online, so the they canceled each other out. I was given my 3 month diamond membership purchase, and was promised I'd get my original voucher I bought off a player redeemed when the subscription ended.
    Well, it expired, and a week ago I inquired about getting the diamond voucher redemption I'm owed taken care of. It's been a week since I sent a message about it. Sent another message to the void in general contact a day or two ago now.

    I guess, I want to know if it's even worth getting support vouchers if you can't even enjoy them or get staff to set them up in a timely manner. I understand everyone has lives, but it had literally been a couple weeks not days the first time I tried to get it redeemed. I'm now losing out on perks that I was hoping to keep on enjoying ..almost uninterrupted.

    Am I reaching out to the wrong people? I planned on getting the 6 month sub after I use up my original player voucher I bought originally. Any advice would be appreciated and please don't think I'm being mean or pushy. I understand what it's like to be an admin and redeem packages, I'm just wishing this was more streamlined or automated on ingame vouchers to avoid these lengthy delays.

  2. Definitely not! It's a very valid point. You paid good money, real and rupees, to get the Diamond status.

    I've heard some friends waiting several weeks to have to get a voucher redeemed. But, as Faded said, it's been an ongoing issue for such a long time; it's likely that there's some other reason it will not get resolved as we want it to.

    ....so maybe once 1.18 is out of the way, it'll be next on todo list

    Point blame other than themselves and have no sort of responsibility for these delays other than, "We have busy lives"

    Go back to the right click subscription vouchers and have less of these threads.

    My counter for whoever replies for this, active subscription player base will be less likely to cheat the system. Why would they? They love it here, they won't risk a ban. Not to mention the permanent derelict vouchers kept the right click redeem feature for years and are worth more in actual currency. I have already tested this last week and still is the case. Be one sided, either have it or not
  7. This is my fault 100%. Our intermediate plan was to add chickeneer as another redemption helper now that he is an admin and I needed to make a guide for the correct process to take place and no wrong buttons to be pressed. I was just pinged about this message by another staff member as I am currently in the last month of building a house. I've relied on staff to ping me with items of importance and to schedule items like holiday event review, etc.

    I am going to stay up right now and get that guide done before work. (Edit: Now Complete)

    Looking in my messages in the last two days, I have nothing from you reaching out except the one reply on Oct 27th. Did you message other staff members by any chance? I want to ensure nothing is going wrong with the forums.

  8. I wasn't immediately clear on who to message is the thing since I know different staff members have different rolees, though I'm not clear on what. And, I do appreciate your effort and hope your new place brings you joy! I used the contact form on your site for reporting issues? I did reply to our initial convo because I know it would send you a notice and float to the top of your inbox briefly lol Plus, it had previous details in it so you wouldn't have to go looking for it. :)

    Glad to hear about the guide. Having clarity is always a good thing.

  9. So, I got a voucher..not the right rank, but the directions sends me back to the origianl redemption process. That didn't work in July. After two weeks of waiting I went with an online sub. Am I going to have to wait forever again? This feels like a circular argument at this point and is very frustrating. Sorry, I know it states mon weds and fridays, but clearly that doesn't happen on here.

  14. Hey. I have redeemed the requested voucher on the form from earlier today... The other concerns brought up here, truthfully, is reallllly confusing. As someone that only joined this conversation today, I feel like I am missing a lot of information. Missing enough that I can't act on it without getting Krysyy's information.

    I am going to try and work on your issue. Just gotta get that more information...

  15. Well the missing info is that I am owed a diamond voucher and not the gold she gave me earlier today. The voucher you redeemed is an extra I had for sale. I am still due a diamond voucher basically and don't know what to do with the gold one she gave me.

    All the info you need is in a private Convo we had stemming from July. Per my initial OP you can get the gist of it. Essentially in July I gave up on my original diamond voucher ever getting redeemed and bought a subscription. Well that same day I did that, krysis redeemed the player voucher I'd originally filled out the for to redeem. That cancelled subscription. So..she fixed that and told me to let her know when the online subscription expired and she'd get me the lost month of rank from the player voucher I bought off Davis.

    Lol confused yet? Well, I messaged Krysis directly a week ago and after no response came here to find out how I could get the original voucher I was owed. Got sent the wrong tier and instead submitted an extra diamond voucher I had laying around to at least get my tier fixed so I can get back to normal play and perks again.
