  1. Images from City-Data.com have to be uploaded elsewhere or they won't show up. :)

  2. But Jelle still had to post it, as now you just posted two times in a row and then with just one between after that... ... or I can post it!

    More tiny trains! :D

And a picture we could theoretically reuse again "soon". ;)

  3. Jelle did post it, it just didn't show up. :p

Okay, I am a bit shocked by what turned up just now... I do think I want to share it, but not as part of the game as I think it would be disrespectful.
So here's my picture for 17272:

And this other document I found was made of Jan Pluta, a Polish Jew who was killed in a death march from Auschwitz during the holocaust. :( :( :(

Once again, I would not consider this as part of the game as I think that is disrespectful, but I do think it is good to reflect on the terrible atrocity that is the Holocaust now and then. It is interesting that this person was identified, it appears that Yad Vashem has a goal to identify as many of the Holocaust victims as possible. For more information on these death marches, you can read this page.

  4. Where did he post it? I can't find it, even now that I have better internet back at home... :p

  5. Well, in the post I quoted. It just didn't work. He did post it, though. :p
  6. Oh, I meant that he didn't post a picture that actually worked. :)
  7. That is not a pretty colour scheme! :p

For some time I thought we might have accidentally moved back a few hundred numbers some time ago, as I found something that seemed very familiar.

It's not actually as similar as I thought! It's the pleasurable sensation of security that did it, though. ;) I guess that's too good marketing to use on just one product!

Edit: Ah I forgot, I also found this graphic, but it doesn't have the number.
I moderately liked it, though (let me know if it doesn't show up).

Edit: Never mind, I don't like it. I don't agree with several of the 'notable' emoji, and I don't like how they make it look like Emoji are added gradually. Those 1000 between 2009 and 2010 were of course added all at once, and not a few every day. :P

  8. Can we just all argree that I'm a mess? :p

  9. Yeah, in my opinion almost none of the "notable" emojis are particularly notable... :p

I can definitely agree with that...

An Ikea glass made in Russia, interesting!

  10. I thought that meant that Jan van Haasteren puzzles were sold in China, but I guess it just means they are produced there, which is the case for many things as China is cheap. :p

Another license plate, from a different state. :)
