Hello everyone, most of you know me, I'm Eviltoade! When I first joined emc my name was eviltoade (small e). I have never done an introduce yourself thread, which is pretty weird right? But you know what, I have decided to do one tonight. (tldr incoming)I first joined emc almost 1800 days ago. I started on res 1947 on smp1. The reason I joined EMC in the first place? I used to make all these little personal bukkit servers where me and a few friends would play on, but honestly, updating these servers was pretty annoying. I started looking for a nice server where I could build things and wouldn't have to worry about whether it would be deleted. One of my earliest memories on emc is when Jay2a showed me where to gather xp at an enderman farm on smp2. It was like, magic. After that I was hooked. I had to make more farms. I made my own enderman farm on smp1. Then I learned about this mythical creature called a momentus. o.o After some investigation, I read somewhere that momentus seemed to spawn a ways out in the waste/wild. Around that time, a diamond supporter named Weeh666 was talking about owning an "outpost" on smp1 that was a ways out in the wild. I thought to myself, if I could somehow join an outpost way out in the wild, I could fight a momentus!! So, I contacted weeh666 in game, and inquired about his outpost. He let me join. Honestly, in the entire time I was a member of Weehs outpost, I think we fought 2 momentus. lol. We did have a lot of great adventures out at the outpost, and weeh was my closest friend on emc when I first joined. He also had a lot to do with why I applied for staff in the first place - I am truly grateful for his patience and friendship. After I became staff, things started to sort of move a lot more quickly. People started talking to me a lot more, and I go A LOT more involved with the community. I started hosting annual events. I started hosting weekly MA events. I was involved a ton in the forums, and with staff chat. I joined a few other outposts - and started building more farms. I completely immersed myself in the emc world. Which has been my home for the last 4+ years. I have made so many friends here on emc, it is truly amazing. Honestly, I could probably write a novel about my time on emc - However, here are some short bullet points. I have built 4 irons farms I have built 2 ocean temple farms and helped with 2 Helped with 1 slime farm Helped with 2 witch farms Helped with 1 squid farm Helped with 4 gold farms Build 1 wither boss wood farm Have build numerous melon/pumpkin farms Build numerous wheat and other crop farms Honestly, I have built every farm on EMC, other than wither farm Built a ridiculous amount of buildings Have helped with around 5-6 different outposts I was a moderator, a senior staff, a build team member and events team organizer I hosted MA weekly for a long time I have done 3 annual personal events, the first murder mystery on emc, and a number of other events - my total giveaways on emc have totaled well over 25m. I was going to use this space to mention a few people who have impacted my life greatly on emc......and I just couldn't. There are way too many. Heres the thing. My time on emc has come to a end. I have left a few projects incomplete, the most regretful would probably be Mahoutokoro. I spent almost 6 months building an island up from scratch attempting to capture the essence of the Japanese Wizarding School of Magic. I just don't have the drive I used to. Things are different. Everything feels different. I appreciate everything EMC has given me over the years. I appreciate my emc family more than yall will ever know. I just, need a break - some time to rest. I have a lot to say, but none of which will be said here. I will wander silently back into swamps with but a few final words. Thank you emc, I love you dearly. Your friend always, eviltoade.
Gosh golly I'm gonna miss you so much, Toade Nobody can ever replace you, so you just come hoppin' right back whenever you feel like it we'll have a spot waiting for ya ❤️
Man, Toade, you've been here for so long, you deserve a break. Take as much time as you need, when you come back, we'll all be here, ready to welcome you with open arms!

Toadeee my dude! Every great thing I understand comes to an end... However I hope this end gets a restart in the next coming years if its 2025 or even 2030 just so you know Myself and I'm sure many others will be waiting for you! Ik EMC is nowhere near its end but I myself have thought about it and have decided this is my home and will be my home until Aikar or whoever the owner is kicks me out so if you ever return I will be forever waiting for that message "your friend Eviltoade has connected to smp#" gonna miss you my high jumping slimey hilarious little toade! Well, that was unexpected! What a contrast with the click-bait posts that end up not containing anything too shocking. But... aw. I really appreciate your presence! But I also really appreciate you as a person, so I'm sure that even if you aren't active here, I'll be able to look at your profile with fond thoughts.
