I was asleep when ya first posted this, unfortunately... What a thing to wake up to Gonna miss you, man. I’m sure you’ll be sorely missed by many of us, really. You’re always welcome around here and feel free to drop in to say hi if you ever feel like it, yeah?

My heart hangs a little heavy at this news, but I’m glad to have had the chance to know you! I remember when Chespin introduced us more properly. I’d seen you around before chatting more with Chespin but we really more properly talked whenever we were all on SMP1 and chattered, haha. I remember initially being shy in the community, kinda secluded and quiet, save for moments I popped in or over to help people with something if I had the stuff for it. But chats with ya’ll helped bring me out of my shell, really, and made me feel welcome in the community. I’d argue you’re one of the big reasons I got more involved, changed a little, and sort’ve made it where I am now, really

Even just chats about your nearby outpost and talking about guardian farms and past events and plans that were to be had were nice chats, back then, too. And chats outside of 1, like back when you used to occasionally pop in for Tuesday Tree Choppers and chat with us and Seffy and being sweet but occasionally joking but silly, as many of us saw and still know ya. I remember talking to ya a good amount on Utopia, too. Whether it was about builds, checking certain reses and builds out, chatting with other players too about a topic we all would sort’ve get into, checking out your builds (or when you’d pop in on ours at times, I still remember feeling excited when some sort of furniture piece at Chespin’s res I did made you look at it and decide it’d work well at your res, which you were then working on for a Murder Mystery event... which I even have a room at, over there, hehe.

And so on! My memory isn’t always the best so I’m sure there’s things I’ve forgotten for the moment, too, but I’m glad to have memories with and of you, with the community and friends, Toade. I may have not gotten to know you the best, maybe not as much as others around here may have had the chance to... but I’m still glad I got to know you at all, and I’m happy to call you my friend. That will always hold, should you decide to pop in and say hi or return at all, or even if you don’t. You’ll always be a friend and a wonderful part of a memorable community, no matter where you go or what you do.

We’ll miss ya. Take care of yourself for us and the people that surround you IRL, and most importantly for yourself, yeah? We love ya, my friend.
