Its a player head and needs 53 other heads to go with it in order to be valid. Special Text doesn't make it void from the Auction Item Rules.
It is listed on the wiki under custom items. I have messaged a staff member. In the future, do not post on auctions unless you have a valid bid. It is against the forum rules. There is a report button, which I will be clicking on your post, that you can use from now on.
Southpark is correct, this item is invalid. Players alerting others of invalid auctions is generally acceptable. That rule's primarily to prevent posts like "OOoooo I want that" or "I'm out, you win " But back on track, you need 53 other heads. Promotional items can be auctioned and VERY rarely special event items can be auctioned. This is a special event item and is therefore illegal.
I can't quote the auction rules post because of those graphics, but the if you click the words "custom items," Aikar's heads are under that list. It isn't really a player head either anymore than a dragonstone is coal. I have heard the bit about event items before though, so that makes sense. I can't find it on the auction rules, though. I will wait for a ruling from staff before re-opening the thread to sell this rather than auction it. The report button is still preferable, especially since players can be wrong. I've had enough auctions flooded with "That's too expensive" and "you can't do that." It's very off-putting for bidders. Check out my recent (valid) auctions. :\ also not a valid bid. Also, you came out of nowhere to....well, correct me about correcting people. Also, all of my auction threads are getting flooded with non-bids.

To clear up what they're saying, only certain custom items listed off. This item is not listed under promotional items (it wasn't obtained with /promo) nor is it listed under voucher items (items that can be used to claim something else), as it is listed under special event items, which, unless they have special rules, are not auctionable. I do believe that it has been decided in the past that this type of head must be auctioned off in a full DC, but staff can correct me if I'm wrong. As for what the others are saying, PenguinDJ phrased it perfectly. The rules about what to post in auctions are to prevent spam, and questions about the item are fully legal.
Auction Closed: If you take a look at the section for Custom Items in the rules, it states that only Promotional Itemsor Voucher Items are allowed to be auctioned.
