At the end of his street thing he build a massive cobblestone building over the river absolutely destroying the view from a house I just fixed for my friend and blocking off access to mr.petters house. I am going to request that you remove this building as I like that river.

Well, the moderators can teleport to the location of the player, and if they see it with their own eyes == proof!
That too but they can't get there right at that moment. They tell everyone to be sure to take screenshots and send them in as proof if you catch someone griefing. I sent in screenshots of my griefed house and was told that without proof of who did it there might not be a way to tell. Luckily they have block log. Rune and I also had to do this and had chat proof that Min had griefed the LLO farm several months back.
