I feel like this really could've used a period. It seems quite a statement. But maybe I just don't get the new internet speak yet. I guess maybe it is passive-aggressive? If it was ironic, surely you wouldn't have capitalised the 'I'.
I was around when it got announced. If I remember correctly, I didn't really care for it and thought it was a waste of time and that they'd be better off spending it on other, actually useful, things. Come to think of it, maybe I was actually right back then....
If you didn't like dragon tombs, why did you even bother posting on a thread that is about bringing dragon tombs to EMC?
because your post is in the community discussion forum, and last i checked i am part of the community and this thread is a discussion
Can y'all stop being negative please? If you don't hear input from the other side of a discussion, is it really a discussion, or is it an echo chamber?
It wasn't negative. I asked him a question as to why he was wasting his time. Dragon tombs clearly weren't important to him in the first place. So there was absolutely no need for him to join the discussion lol
Increasing the negativity includes continuing arguments. Here, you are specifically doing so. Lets try to keep the negativity down a bit by "discussing" and not creating an "echo chamber."
Been seeing this in the recent threads section lately, finally popped in to share my 2 cents: Dunno if this is something that would have been provided in Dragon Tombs, but I would like to see more lore from the storyline of EMC, about resik and the like. As mentioned previously in this thread, most of the functionality of DT was given by Mojang (afaik), so I don't really feel like there should be any pressure to "finish and release Dragon Tombs". And honestly, I'm more excited for the feature content in Empires than I would be for Dragon Tombs.
What seems like a waste to you can be a fun part time or still an important issue to others. Obviously I can't speak for Faded but I've been there myself... seeing a feature discussed which I think would or could be a bad idea so I posted about it in a critical way. In the end it meant nothing to me because I could always ignore the whole thing just like that, but while one may not care about a specific feature they can still care about EMC. And a negative comment can still be meant in a constructive way. In a mature discussion negative (or critical) comments are just as important as positive comments. In some cases I'd even dare say that critical / negative comments can be more honest because their authors obviously tried to think things through. Maybe not in a way you'd hoped to see, but that doesn't make their comment(s) any less valid. With that said... why post? Why not I could just as well ask you why ask about it? But let's not go there because that can derail a thread really quick and that's not the idea here.
