[FORUM GAME] New Nations

  1. The Caliphate has begun their work on the region of Algiers already, following the form of destroyed borders and bringing in a new government. Algeria isn't used to this, their borders that don't line another nation apart of the Caliphate are basically gone, and their border ways are transitioned into Regions. French rule and then a quick dispulsion of French rule pitied the nation, leaving them stunned and far behind. Now, their economy, government and business sectors which were once in the French language are switching to Arabic.

The railway being built in Sunayyad will now finally connect through Algeria to Morocco
  2. The Federation has sent a trade request to the SEU wanting to trade

Steel from them for Heavy Durabilty Clothing From Us
  3. The Caliphate wants the Federation to strengthen their hold near Panama. The SEU has the ability to raid The Federation quite easily, but the SEU has a disadvantage. That disadvantage is its distance from Panama. The SEU's massive coastal size means problems, those problems are the facts that if they wish to control more area, they need fewer ships in certain areas to be able to stretch enough naval power. Panama is leagues away from a close ally, and they are literally on the doorstep of their enemies. During a war, capture the Panama Canal, the only way the SEU can defend themselves is by concentrating most of their Naval might in Panama. That could work, but that means leaving themselves open elsewhere to the Caliphate, who could take them by storm.

The SEU would take too long to bring in reinforcements, that's why they are going to build a massive naval stronghold in Panama. This works, yes, but the fault is the complete drain on their economy due to the purchasing of ships to be able to defend a small canal from a continent. The Federation has the most power in the Americas, the Caliphate basically owns the Middle East, North Africa and all the entries to the Mediterranean, and the USSR and SEU own all of Asia.

The SEU's main weakness is their size. Their troops are spread so far out, as well as their Navy, they cannot possibly control large amounts of area without stretching and thinning their forces to be able to border something. Sometimes, the smaller the country the better the logistics and the defense.
  4. No, I meant around Panama. The Canal is controlled by the USSR, I mean strengthen your forces on Colombia's coast and in the Mediterranean, that way you can quickly react during any situation with the SEU.
  5. Ahhh ok
  6. The Federation has started building Constructs every 20 miles along the coast of South America and Mexico going 10 Billion into debt for it and all of them are armed with Antiaircraft guns and Torpedoes to take down ships construction will take 2 years

  7. In all seriousness, you having commerce raiders are of dubious strategic value. SEU has a lot of enemies that need commerce and shipping (Japan, Caliphate), but the Caliphate will need to use other means to exploit the vulnerabilities of her enemies. (Such as a good intelligence network and agency)
  8. SEU has responded to the Federation's rampant fort-building by approaching the United States. The US is currently half-dead, but it should still be able to create an Army and march it into Mexico in the event of war. In return, SEU will pay handsomely and assist them clean up the mess that is Yellowstone Park.
Meanwhile, SEU is also sponsoring Socialist Revolution in Venezuela and Chile. Venezuela has already fallen to the Socialists, Chile is on the verge of doing so.
  9. The Caliphate's Secret Police agencies have gained a higher international level, gaining loads of valuable information on foreign countries and expanding the spying network of the Caliphate. The Caliphate works hard on bringing down corruption in their own country, but also exploiting it in other nations and gaining high intelligence.

A few Caliphate spies residing in the SEU have discovered Radar. Although they never got the chance to steal any blueprints or highly valuable information, they know what it looks like, know how the SEU is hiding it, and know where they are hiding it. This is boosting the production on the Caliphate's own radar prototypes.

  10. Defending SEU is a logistical Nightmare.
SEU however is crafty. Guinea is another perfectly valid port base to raid commerce in the Americas. SEU is sparking Socialist Revolution in many countries to make sure they don't have to do all the Work.
  11. This will take a lot more than 10 Billion Dollars.
    A lot more.
You'll bankrupt yourself trying to build that many forts.
SEU has responded by constructing a harbor/shipyard big enough to service Yi Sun Shin at Guinea with their permission, 3 years.
  12. SEU has decided to use Japanese shipping as target practice. Because India and SEU are now back to where they started (i.e. unofficial truce with border clashes), SEU has decided to once again shrink its army and to cycle out their 4 Commerce Raiders through Japan. Japan has recovered well, and is still at war with SEU (although nothing really happens), so SEU has decided to use their shipping to realistically train their Battleships. The orders are to RUN AWAY if Japan decides to actually show up and fight, though SEU Battleships could crush the 35,000 ton Japanese models.
  13. SEU's policy for corruption:
    GO TO GULAG
    SEU's policy for murder:
    GO TO GULAG
    SEU's policy for rape:
    GO TO GULAG
    SEU's policy for treason:
    GO TO GULAG
Yeah, their one-size-fits all solution to problems is GO TO GULAG.
Gulagᵀᴹ has supplemented SEU's labor force, mainly because they're free. They don't have to be paid, and they're a good place to send anyone corrupt.
SEU's raids have been very successful; the Commerce Raider Battleships are a resounding success and performs well in the role they were built for. SEU will continue to sink Japanese shipping with them and rotate them, giving them real combat experience.
  14. The T-34, a design is currently in development. While it won't be done before 1935, it will be mass-produceable and cheap as hell, allowing SEU to overwhelm their enemies with sheer numbers. In addition, SEU is researching a type of Code, codenamed ALPHA and OMEGA. ALPHA is based off Chinese minority languages that are rare and have no writing system, making it unintelligible to Caliphate spies, and OMEGA is a mathematical code based of UBR computer tech, an extraordinarily complex code.
OMEGA will be easier to crack and more often used. ALPHA will be nigh-impossible to crack and will not be used often, as there are very few remaining speakers of the language left and sacrificing them in Battles would be idiotic.
  15. Alright than the Federation is just building them on the side that's towards SEU

Taking 35 billion dollars in debt to do this
  16. Muhawaism is gaining traction, with the Caliph's pamphlet manifesto on the new ideology gaining popularity, it has seen many debates open up. Regions of Arabia are under control of Wahhabism, a form of Islam which is ultra-conservative that believes that one should take the Quran seriously, and if not, they are considered a heathen and an enemy. The news of women's rights being uplifted has also set concerns for these extreme ideologies who want the Hijab in full place, even though it is suggested for modesty, it is still optional and non-mandatory in the Caliphate.

The Justice and Law and Court in Sunayyad are a lot more centralized around Sharia Law but in more lenient forms.

Lying: Forced to chew on thorns
Lying at a larger scale: Cutting off of the tongue.
Stealing: Finger cut off on the hand that stole
Large scale Robbery: hand cut off
Domestic Abuse: Prison and heavy beatings

Adultery: Both parties are stoned to death
Murder: Either stoned, hanged, or beheaded in public
    Rape: Brutally stoned in public
Pedophilia: Stoned, or beheaded in public

Corruption: Sent to a political prison or work camps, usually not very good conditions out in the middle of the Sahara or Arabian desert. Defence of the prison isn't very tight, but escaping does no good as no one could survive either way
Treason: Either the Politcal Desert Prisons, work camps or death
Causing uproar, extreme ideologies and generally causing havoc socially: Exile or imprisonment/work camps

Cursing/Threatening the Caliph, Quran, Muhammed, Allah or the head of the state: Death

For illegal things like speeding, DUIs, drug activity and stuff like that usually ends up with prison time, basic illegal things which don't result in death. As for lying, children do lie and steal but are exempt from such punishments until they are around 16-18, punishments for those things would be dealt with by the parents.

Labour camps are in full swing, the Caliph figures if you're going to be punished, why be useless in a stinky cell instead of working for the greater good of the Caliphate with no pay?
  17. Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei and Japan have made an agreement to fund Japan's war effort against the Socialist Eurasian Union, which will soon happen. they want independence in exchange.
Japan wants revenge against SEU. SEU wants to beat up Japan some more. India wants to beat up Indonesia and the Muslims.
The Stage is set for the second Socialist-Japanese war.
  18. Japan has invaded Busan. The Finest Shipyard in the World rests there, a lucrative target. It was a surprise attack too; no declaration of war.
SEU is happy that this happened. They are eager for a fight.
  19. Busan, annoyingly, seems to be holding on. It is an invincible stronghold. However, SEU's vigilance there has let their defenses slip elsewhere.
The Japanese soldiers have invaded the neighboring countryside.
They march onwards to Ulsan, and destiny.
  20. ULSAN MASSACRE:
Outcome: Rape of tens of thousands, killing of 200,000-300,000 Koreans, innumerable amounts of money in property damage. Hardened SEU determination to defeat Japan and Indian humanitarian intervention.
Japanese soldiers, hopped on meth and other such drugs were enraged.
Korea fought hard. Busan bluntly refused to fall. SEU's Navy choked them. Indonesia wasn't helping (they were actually organizing)
For 7 hellish days, Japanese soldiers took out their anger on Korea.
Thousands were killed; then tens of thousands.
Japanese soldiers killed left and right civilians that tried to run; they were butchered.
This is the Nanking of New Nations, and SEU will have their revenge.
