All NPAT Nations are participating in joint military exercises all around the globe. These exercises are being held to teach nations to adapt to every geographical situation, considering that NPAT is morphing into an inter-continental alliance treaty. All NPAT nations (if able to) are expected to complete various military exercises and training routines with other Nations outside of their geographical area. Romania and Italy are experiencing the heat as they begin training in Israel and Afghanistan, and Nigerian forces have started training in northern places such as Canada. Although in most cases African and Middle Eastern NPAT nations will never experience Winter combat, it is because a more adaptable nation is a stronger nation, even if they won't fight in the snow, they'll still know how to adapt quickly to their environment. All NPAT members are pulling their own weight and are experiencing a huge boost in military performance. Although some nations do struggle with a small military, they fund the Alliance with trade and resources. In other news, Malaysia, now an Independent NPAT member for quite some time, has annexed Singapore. The action received many controversies around the NPAT council, although no apparent gunshots were fired, no one was killed or injured, it was only a government takeover, but Malaysia has been warned to calm down.
Chad has left TUN. Keeping Chad as a UN state was a waste of time and money. They now lay Independent but still a UN ally. Rustling in the parliament has been going about on whether to keep Nigeria as a UN colony.

NAE and Guinea are GAD, for now (Their rampant expansion has earned them a fair bit of ire, and HMKX is saying nothing to protect them because international standing). HMKX is pleased at UFOS's recent developments, and is apparently planning to rely on them for Operations in the New World. In other news, a major non-state news outlet (The state outlet was keeping its mouth shut) has downgraded the HMKX Air Force to be only slightly more powerful than anyone else. This is likely due to TUN's newest training programs. However, the HMKX Navy has been found to be able to challenge TUN in the open sea by said outlet, due to HMKX's reliance on larger, more effective cruisers, being if unbalanced, capable.
Tensions are high in Israel today after a joint Israel-Palestine meeting in Jerusalem when the President of TUN (who was also attending the meeting) declared that the "Holy City of Jerusalem" belonged to Israel. The Empire, in a desperate attempt to prevent war has called for a OEO meeting and has mobilized a Supercarrier and corresponding task force to the region, arriving in 2 posts. In addition, Palestine has been advised to not resist a potential Israeli occupation of Jerusalem and to strike back when the time is right, AFTER HMKX makes Israel look like a bunch of warmongers. If they attack Palestine with no good reason, HMKX has every justification to obliterate the Israeli.
Riots in Thailand have begun. The US decides that keeping Thailand is not all that beneficial to the US, so we are installing a new, independent democracy in Thailand. Once that's up and running, we will declare Thailand an independent country. However, due to the ties between them and the New England/Old Javor region, this will take until post 1530. After a controversial meeting with Palestinian and Israeli Leaders in Jerusalem, the President and his escort were ambushed by Palestinian Forces where they blockaded the escort and SHOT and KILLED the President. The UN Military Commander issued a statement stating that the attackers were Palestinian influenced. It isn't for sure, but the assassination could of also directly been related to Jordan, as they have issued a statement holding victory over the killing. Along with the killing of the President was the bombings of an Israeli escort, which unfortunately was transporting the Israeli Economic Advisor who was killed in the attack. The United North has cancelled all flights to the Middle East and has put the country on HIGH ALERT, as is the same as the Israel government who have locked all borders. TUN has mobilized over 400,000 troops to the Middle East and has declared war on The State of Palestine and Jordan. Greece and Italy have mobilized over 50,000 troops in Israel and there is no doubt other NPAT members will contribute. This isn't a war over land, this is a war out of the assassination of TUN President. There is absolutely no doubt the root of the killings was from Palestinian and Jordan powers, justice will be served. It is unsure whether the HMKX Empire will join the war, but if they do it could mean the start of the fall for the Middle East, and possibly TUN. UN Citizens who have heard the news cry out in anguish at the assassination and call for anti-middle east movements. For now, TUN will lock all borders for 48 hours due to UN procedure in the event of TUN president's death. It is unsure what will happen next, but a war in the Middle East is inevitable. The Vice President is currently locked inside of Jerusalem and heavily guarded, due to the fact that he cannot leave due to precautions. OOC: If we go to war, make sure it is turn-based.
Saudi Arabia-Syria forces are sweeping into Palestine and defending it, not to attack TUN but to buy time. Jordan is left for dead, HMKX intends to pin the blame on them and HMKX had previously defended them. Evidence is planted rogue Jordan government agents were behind the attacks. Palestine is defended and much evidence is expunged by Palestine with HMXK aid. For now, the official HMKX story is that rogue Jordanian agents with Palestinian Crime Syndicates in on the plot. HMKX arms all ABM systems to high alert. SOG agents now act with stunning speed, playing all sides to prevent total war. Overzealous officers and officials mysteriously vanish. They are dead, killed with Magic. 2 of HMKX's supercarriers move to Palestine, to act as a deterrent against further TUN intervention. HMKX calls for UFOS aid. Operation brasstacks is canceled, massive elements of the HMKX army move to the Saudi border. They number close to 1.2 Million, vast. They intend to step in should Saudi Arabia be invaded, and it is made clear to TUN.
UN investigators state otherways, giving out a statement saying that Palestine was somewhat involved due to what the President said earlier about Jerusalem being Israels and not Palestine's.
TUN sends 3 of their 7 Supercarriers to Israel and mobilizes M1 Abrams tanks and hundreds of military vehicles to Israel. (CLASSIFIED): ICBMs are aimed towards The Empire, although TUN will never shoot during this time, it is in case of a war between TUN and the HMKX where an inevitable show of power will have to begin.
