HMKX is just happy the new USA is not a TUN puppet, and they congratulate them for their success. But here comes 2 problems.
1. FRNS is going to be pissed.
2. Is the USA a combine or not?
OOC: Otus Please don't have it ally TUN or Javor, even if it's very friendly. It's supposed to be neutral, and I doubt ARL would be that ungrateful for the Nation that
1. Allowed it to first rise.
2. Shipped it what it needed through UKNS Submarines trying to sink them.
3. Is the Nation responsible for much of its success.
The help HMKX provided is by no means "mild". I doubt ARL doesn't know that. HMKX helped ARL with a specific list of demands.
1. Don't ally with any Combines.
2. Friendly relations is fine.
3. Don't be a puppet.
HMKX expected them to keep it. To violate it would be a massive insult and would tick off HMKX greatly.

HMKX has tipped off USA about the FRNS agents planted in it. HMKX's motive in this is to get TUN, USA, Javor and FRNS to fight each other.
In addition, they have put their carriers back up on alert in order to shield themselves from any terrible catastrophe and to test out their refitted Carrier's capability. Lastly, in secret, HMKX plots, so that the age of history that begins, is their age. An age of unchallenged HMKX dominance over the World. The USA, TUN and Javor pose a threat, but an alliance with UFOS and rapid takeover of Africa should be able to create a powerful hegemony.
Morroco, with the backing of HMKX has invaded the Western Sahara under the pretense of finally brining order to the Area. Lesotho is under attack by South African forces, under the pretense of removing an oppressive leader. I mean, it works. TUN and HMKX are both guilty of this, and there's really nothing they can say about it. Botswana is under extreme pressure by South Africa, Guinea and NAE to never work with FRNS, ever. After a long period of negotiations over trade concessions, Madagascar is a HMKX ally. They were trade partners for a while. Egypt, already friendly to HMKX (HMKX is a friend of Arabs) easily agreed to an alliance.

The BPPANH-Class Supercarrier is Nuclear-powered, and armed with decent anti-air components. It is able to hold roughly 60-70 planes or helicopters. While relatively slow at 30.5 knots, it is still a decent tool for power projection, and quite economical to build for the relatively poor UFOS. Belac555, I'm leaving how many is built up to you.
HMKX has also made E-4 tech available to UFOS so that they may be able to create their own Gen4 fighters.
HMKX companies see UFOS as a promising developing economy, and they are investing in it.

If ww2fan joined the current new nations they would be creamed by a HMKX-Saudi Arabia-Palestine-Syria joint invasion due to their blatantly pro-Israeli policies, Shekel usage and Hebrew usage when Arab culture is brutally destroyed, because HMKX is all buddy-buddy with the Arabs. It was pretty clear he either blatantly favored the Israelis or was Israeli himself. Also I don't think ww2fan would even have recognized Palestine as legitimate if they had discovered it existed, and probably would have tried to invade due to the detriment of their own self as Palestine is a HMKX ally (Palestine is a legit state now, BTW). Inevitably, I think WASWAS and HMKX would come to war for one reason or another if they existed in one forum game. I mean, HMKX would literally looking for a good excuse to fight.
I would have liked to see a Sebia-HMKX war, with no nukes because HMKX literally has thousands of them and it would turn into a curbstomp. Sebia-HMKX component states vs HMKX would be interesting to see, the biggest world superpowers squaring off.

Since NAE and Guinea already bought 2 of the Imposition-Class Carriers, HMKX will sell both remaining ones for 2.5 Billion Dollars 2018.
The AK-47 will be unnecessary for UFOS as they have their own service Rifle.
NAE bought out almost 1,300 of the E-2. 31.1 Billion 2018 USD for the rest numbering 1,700 to greatly augment the UFOS Air Force. Dassault Aviation could place to UFOS an order of 700 more jets, because Guinea bought out most of their stock.

You are aware your Gen4 fighters won't quite compare with the E-4 or F-16? But of course they'll still curbstomp poorer or otherwise weaker air forces, as they are quite advanced for their time.

NEW ABYSSINIAN EMPIRE-GUINEA NUCLEAR TEST [LEVEL 4 CLASSIFIED]

Introduction

In recent times, the African expansion of the FRNS has apparently created a perception of threat within the NAE and Guinea. Several other former British colonies (Tanzania, Ghana, Kenya) has also convened with Guinea and NAE and agreed on one thing. FRNS must not come back. Ever, lest it take away their independence. HMKX provided NAE and Guinea some information regarding Nuclear technology as well as some "seed uranium" to first create Nuclear Fuel. Niger sold Uranium to Guinea and NAE to create Nuclear Weaponry.

Guinea-NAE Nuclear Weapon Test:

The test took place in NAE territory, within Borehole AFRICAN FREEDOM-1, 1.83 Kilometers deep. A 54kt Nuclear Explosive Device was detonated underground, producing a large hole and what are perhaps the first of a new type of seismological data that is created by Nuclear Weapons testing. The Device was a Boosted Fission Weapon. The test was an overall success, with the Nuclear Weapon performing at adequate parameters and sufficiently small enough to mount on Missiles, thereby making them an effective deterrent against FRNS and their own Nuclear Submarine. NAE and Guinea are producing an unknown number of Nuclear Warheads, but it is known that due to the amount of Enriched Uranium imported and rough estimates of Plutonium created that they are producing 20-30, likely enough to cause devastating damage to FRNS in the event of a war. In conclusion, Africa is now even more tense and unstable, as any conflict will now be Nuclear. This is highly worrying, but there is very little HMKX can do to stop it as Guinea and NAE are quite desperate. Even revealing the secret would only be a minor setback for them, and would ruin the diplomatic relationship.

The only thing TUN has against The Empire's massive army is:

1. Quality over Quantity
2. Excessive Training programs since 1950 which make TUN troops the best trained in the world
3. Geography
4. Nuclear Weaponry

UFOS would like to announce that they are getting ready to test their first new Nuclear Bomb it will be the equvalent of 50 megatons of TNT we are testing it on a unmarked uninhabited island in the pacific ocean

Point 3 is rendered moot with the HMKX-UFOS-Mexico-Panama alliance.
Point 4 is actually a HMKX advantage, HMKX focuses on Tactical Nuclear Weapond rather than raw destructive power.
