UFOS allows for unlimited imports of Australian copper to HMKX. Japan is not responsible for any anti-UFOS sentiments that may have taken hold. UFOS is allowed to Police Australia as required, with the exception of political oppression. Australia shall be recognized as UFOS territory. UFOS shall normalize relations between Japan and itself. UFOS does not initiate hostilities between HMKX and itself, nor will it instigate its allies to do so. Negotiations have broken down between South Africa and HMKX over apartheid. The South African negotiator and HMKX negotiator got into a fistfight. No one is sure who punched first, but all both sides know is that the South African negotiator called the HMKX negotiator racial slurs under his breath and muttered some very unprintable insults. HMKX, frustrated by the lack of Georgian progress has deployed Stalin's organs as a threat. Should SfA not surrender to the SfA, these organs shall be deployed in large numbers. As a demonstration of their power, the organs were fired at an empty field in the view of SfA. The result was complete and unmitigated sterilization of the field. In addition, a recorded sound of a Katyusha rocket launcher has been set up and is playing 24/7 around the city as psychological warfare. Unfortunately, this is making it hard to sleep for even Georgian soldiers.(OOC: They're bluffing, if HMKX got involved the city would be rubble. This stems from their strategy of PLAN A Bombard the enemy, a lot. Bombard the enemy, slowly and painfully instead of all at once. Continue steps 1 and 2 until most of the enemy position is rubble. If enemy keeps coming, divert to plan B. Attack with impunity. PLAN B Bombard the enemy, enough to destroy some defenses. Destroy as many means of enemy resupply as possible through sheer air supremacy. Attack with competent tactics, fire any generals that fail for only tactical incompetence. Reinforcements have reached the outskirts of Birmingham, along with a ton of ammo, food, water, and medical supplies. UN artillery has reached an appropriate distance and tanks and vehicles have been sent in. This is going to be a bloody battle. UN aircraft take to the skies and join in dogfighting with less superior SFA aircraft. There isn't really much to do, but to hope. Attacking Birmingham right away would mean the entire UN force being wiped out, yet a long end bombing run and missile launch would mean heavy costs. Sometimes TUN would like to just nuke em all, but getting the whole army out of the way, and then dealing with the fact that everyone would hate TUN wouldn't go over very well... The best choice of action would be to bomb those SFA suckers to shreds, then push the troops in and decimate what's left and take Alabama... We'll see... TUN suspects that if Alabama falls, Oklahoma will surrender to the ARL due to their weak military and low AfA population. Arkansas seems better at attacking than defending... Tennessee is basically being taken over by three independent countries and a league at once... Once Alabama falls, the SFA falls, and then we'll execute those sick AFA Party bastards! TUN sends in B-52's and other conventional bombers to blow the hell out of Birmingham at nightfall. While that happens, artillery will pelt their defences and troops will push in through the next day. The results of the invasion will take place in 2 posts.
Texas invaded and swept through Oklahoma. Oklahoma had relatively little defenses, and HMKX backing just was the final nail in the coffin. 3 posts until complete ARL domination. Alabama remains defiant, they called the bluff. Instead of carpet-bombing everything, HMKX has simply decided to sell massive amounts of ammo and food, and large amounts of raw materials to Texas. The devastated infrastructure of Alabama is no problem for HMKX deliverers, they are used to worse and find Alabama very easy. The ARL will begin their push to hang the American flag over Alabama in 1 post.
The UKNS has landed 200,000 troops on the shores of Louisiana. They will meet up with the other forces where they are needed. Meanwhile, the entire Eastern coast has been blockaded by a significant portion of the UKNS military. Submarines are also deployed, sinking merchant ships to starve out the American peoples living under the ARL and hopefully provoking them into early revolt. The Prime Minister, in response to recent HKMX comments, has declared them an enemy of the UKNS - he cites their actions during the immediate post-war period as an aggressor to the UKNS as his evidence. He has also made it public knowledge that he is not opposed to making racially charged comments against the HKMX population, and also thus the entirety of the population living under North Sea control in Malaysia - where, since his assumption of power, the colony's treatment has gotten extremely more colonial. The Malaysians are slowly being transformed into slaves. North Sea foreign diplomats try to save face with the HKMX, but all hope is lost in that respect. Parliament has roundly condemned his rhetoric, but he is untouchable, with a significant parliamentary majority and a party who can't rebel against him for another six months.
Kim Il-Sung has a better tactic to overwhelm the UKNS. Send so many ships UKNS simply cannot sink them all, a display of HMKX industrial power and population capacity. The Empire has expanded cargo shipments, and many government ships have been sent in order to assist them in delivering supplies. Convoy after convoy dots the seas. The attempt is to overstretch UKNS so much they will be amenable to quitting. In addition, the might of the Imperial Air Force has been used in order to ship supplies. Hundreds of cargo planes dot the sky, with the complete and utter domination of the Empire over air on full display. Shooting at them would result in war. In order to further degrade the Prime Minister, several armies made exclusively of Mongolians and Indians have been sent to the border to fortify the Russian defensive line and reassure Finland HMKX has their back. The ARL is strong, and the Empire will assist them as best it can. The Imperial navy has had its defense level raised to DRS-3, and the Air Force DRS-4. (Defense Readiness Scale, basically DEFCON). The Imperial Army is not on high alert, but extensive ABM systems are being shipped with 1 post to go that will destroy UFOS missiles with ease and as far as HMKX remembers, UKNS Missile tech is even worse than that of UFOS. Many planes have been sent to the West in order to destroy any Bombers that may come and threaten the security of the Empire. The 8th Fleet of Submarines is moving towards the west, arrives in 2 posts. They warn that any attempt to launch Nuclear Weapons at HMKX will result in a swift and brutal response of tactical destruction destroying the UKNS ability to fight. Kill the West. Anger the East. Kill the East. Anger the West. Also, the Texan navy is not pleased.
We need your assistance UKNS, in taking over Birmingham. Troops are now moving into the city, but are stopped dead in their tracks by huge numbers of SFA troops. Luckily, those numbers are declining as B-52 Bombings raids the night prior destroyed a small percent of the city while focusing on SFA strongholds. It's estimated that thousands of SFA fighters were killed in the bombings and airstrikes alone. As for the ARL, they are not to be trusted, much like what I ANNOUNCED many times. Their motives to restore America are good, but The Empire is a direct supporter, and total ARL domination would lead to an HMKX influenced America. We don't want that.

Our military is 900,000 strong, but due to current war status, it will reach 1.3 million in 10 posts. Also, TUN is shipping military equipment and vitals supplies and materials to California to protect them if an attack from Texas were ever to occur. California is the strongest NPAT member, and 2 UN military bases rest there. Also, outside of the crazy war that's going on, TUN is funding projects to boost the agriculture in Canada a ton, more food is needed.

Why would Texas attack California? They are Americans, above all else. Fellow Countrymen. HMKX is... angry that UKNS is sinking their ships. Why? Why? Why? The vast Air Force operation is now in full effect. If the navy cannot, than the Air Force surely can supply the ARL.
It was a bloody battle... After thousands of tons of bombs were dropped on the city of Birmingham, and hundreds of missiles were fired, United North and UKNS troops, as well as Georgian troops, flooded the city and fought their asses off. The UN and the UKNS pushed through the south, north, and west of the city while Georgia pushed through the more exposed east. The battle took 1 day, and in that day thousands of lives were lost on ALL sides. The SFA troops got it the worst though, followed by TUN, Georgia, and the UKNS. At first, SFA defenders stuck themselves into the city like rocks and wouldn't budge at any oppression, but due to the overwhelming bombing and attacks from all sides, they were pushed through. Although the battle took a long time due to the SFA's incredible defences, they eventually surrendered at Town Hall, giving up the city of Birmingham and the Country of Alabama. As of now, the territory is temporarily under United North rule, but what will commence in the following days is hard sweat and tears from the ARL and TUN arguing over who gets Alabama. With this said, Tenessee and Arkansas are doomed to fall. With the wicked leaders of the America for America Party now under ARL and TUN custody, Arkansas and Tenessee have no will to keep fighting. Tennessee is expected to be wiped out soon by Javor and ARL troops, and Arkansas at the moment we speak is surrendering themselves to The United North. Oklahoma is under ARL rule now... That's it... The SFA is no longer a working part of our society. Now, the fighting between TUN, UKNS, Javor and The Empire and ARL will commence. Who will be the rulers of a new United States of America? We won't know... yet...
Post USA Map Updated: Louisiana requests to be under United North rule instead of being an Independent NPAT member. Louisiana is so weak, they would rather be held by TUN then be held by another group trying to reform America (we all know how that went) Also, Tennessee is still considered SFA, even though the SFA kind of fell. We will see how the invasion took place once Javor returns, until Javor returns, don't touch it! As for deciding who owns Alabama, I request a vote on who Alabam belongs to. The United North, or the American Restoration League. Maybe we can have a meeting and decide on what actions shall happen further.
ARL would be amenable to giving up Alabama... For Tennessee. In addition, HMKX and South Africa are on the verge of war. South Africa keeps up the apartheid, and HMKX is very displeased about this.
