He did use it multiple times. He used it until he got caught. I've been victim to his xray several times.

The point was that you should just forgive him, that's all. Now I did just find out he used it multiple times, so I had no knowledge of that.

He should of known better not to do what he did since he is old enough to know and staff have been telling players not to do this over and over again. Plus he has his new alt which isnt banned, so he should be grateful he can still be on EMC.

Honestly the fact that he's always been allowed on his alt is both ridiculous and also unequal.

If he was to be permanently banned, he should have been.. Well.. Banned..

Banned =/= disallowed in one form but totally allowed in another (an alt)

Banned === completely disallowed in all forms

It's kind of stupid that some people are allowed back on an alt scratch free and some are totally and udderly shunned until they appeal successfully — even if both people were banned for the same thing!

I really can't understand why anyone would feel bad for FoxyRavenger at this point. I seriously can't. Nothing personal against Foxy here, but he has it made! He's been "banned".. But notice the quotation marks for "banned". He's basically been here entirely with a _4 under his name. I don't get why people pity him when he hasn't exhibited even 10% of his actual punishment title (being /banned/).

Maybe I'm just being bitter for how terrible my situation was compared to how Foxy is basically living the dream as far as being banned is concerned. Maybe I'm just salty.

Regardless, that's my $0.02.

no you cant use xray even once, aikar will preban you!

Does foxy getting Another account mean nothing to you guys?
He was permanently banned, we all know that.
But I assume every one of you guys love emc to much that you would'nt simply walk away if you were to get banned.
Your all mad that foxy is not truly banned. But Foxy loves emc just as much as all of you, so much so that he bought another account so he could still play on his favorite server! So He made a big mistake, he is obviously committed to this server because he bought a 7th account!
He does not wish to make any more mistakes! He is as said before extremely sorry for what he has done. If you guys can't forgive one mistake then you need to take a look at yourselves

This thread wasn't my idea nor cared if you all responded. My close friends were seeing my attitude and see me change into a slump, created this thread to see who "was on my side". After seeing all these comments, I have told this thread was a bad idea. This was happening last night captured by who can't be named.




These screenshots worried them all. You can understand how this worried them and wanted support for my self being. Well, I will be going now you all have a good day.
