I see on the first reply of the "Unofficial Empire Guide", there's a link that says it's part of the puzzle.. Seems to be a Paint.NET raw image. Can't be asked at the moment to get Paint.NET just to look at it so somebody else can figure this part out lol. http://1drv.ms/1NWriNm
I am also on a school computer and while I can download it, it's in a proprietary raw format for some seemingly useless reason (could it not just be .png?) and I obviously can't install Paint.NET or another program that can view serialized files, nor would I do that even if I could, so I'll leave it to somebody else to figure it out.

Did we ever find out what the "loc" and/or "+1" were on his third res (utopia)? Also were the wiki clue along with the picture "base 64" found arbitrarily or was there a hint before hand that lead to those discoveries?
The res loc is +1, but doing /v jkrmnj-3@+1 is the same as just doing /v jkrmnj-3 Also the loc was on a lapis lazuli block, so it may have to be with that
Sorry but that is incorrect. That puzzle was not yet solved. There is a loc that will teleport you to a sign. The wiki clue was based on someone accidentally finding one of my clues. Current clues: smp1 sign -> utopia 3 residence -> pushbullet -> an image (unsolved) -> (skipped some stuff) -> base64 Utopia 3 residence loc puzzle (unsolved) -> ?
This me? lol. I accidentally found pushbullet, and I think it lead to the wiki, or it could have been Dufne (Rhythmically)
It was actually whoever found the mba thing which skipped a lot in the middle. Luckily I put some important stuff in between so no harm was done
