So the other day I was underwater mining on SMP2, even build a small base of operations: You can't see it here but I made a staircase down which leads directly into a (previously) abandoned mineshaft So while mining and tunnelling I suddenly noticed that my biome had changed: instead of ocean and deep ocean I somehow managed to hit land! I was near a beach and a forest. So I decided to dig up, well away from any outpost what so ever. Well; no forest nor beach, not even new land to claim. But still something quite amazing: A mob grinder! Pretty cool huh? An abandoned island with a mob grinder on it. I used it for a little while and all sorts of nasties came crashing down: zombies, skeletons, spiders and even creepers. Well made indeed! Question: Does anyone recognize this and would anyone perhaps know who build this? I'd like to compliment them For the record: because my 'base of operations' is relatively easy to find (and use) I made sure to fill up all the dug out corridors which led to this island. The wastelands may reset soon enough, but if I can prevent this from getting griefed by erasing my tracks then that's what I'll do. And yeah: kudo's to the unknown builder, this is a really nice setup you got!
