  1. I have another example of a video being filmed in very few cuts: OK Go's I won't let you down.

    In this case, only one.

  2. I'm hoping they pull a FoB and that they make a huge comeback in a few years.

  3. If you like TOP, then what I was about to say would be popular =P Panic! At The Disco
  4. BTW, if any of you have Spotify, check out McFly and Busted. =)
  5. Their new album is their best yet, in my opinion.

  10. Pierce The Veil

PTV is more rock with a bit of screaming and Zhu is a "dubstep/original" artist. Both are amazing.

The links to the bands = click on name of band. The link next to the name is a song by the band (It's in nightcore because the original irks me. I cannot guarantee that all songs are suitable. You've been warned :3
  14. Three Days Grace have some good songs. Never Too Late was one of the first I heard, but there are some others that I've had on my phone such as Animal I Have Become and Last To Know :D Used to have a couple of their albums on my phone but I guess I deleted them and kept the few songs I wanted...

  16. OOH I LOVE MUSIC! Can't believe I've never seen this thread before.

I've really tried to find stuff that I like that's actually obscure, and curate some of their tracks. Tell me what you think!

    Format:

    • Band Name — Genre(s) / Description. Link to site. Here is "song 1" and "song 2", they are two great tracks that sum up the band. Here's why I like the songs/band.

    Bands:
    • Moth Equals — Triphop (Gotta love that Bristol sound) / Ambient / A bit of bollyhop, from Gloucestershire. Link. I think "The Heavens Opened and Closed" and "Woebegone" do a good job of showing his style. The first has a bit of an Indian flavor and is super catchy, the second is more pure triphop.
    • TYPHOON — Indie Rock, from Portland. Link. Their most popular (and my favorite) song of theirs is "Young Fathers" and a close second for me would be "The Lake". Actually all of their album White Lighter is amazing. I love how they blend so many different instruments and styles, their band has like 12 permanent members.
    • Smokey Joe & the Kid — Electroswing duo from Bordeaux. Almost all of their songs are collabs. Link. I think "The Game" and "Strange Days" (which is one of favorite songs ever) sum them up pretty well. They have an energy and punch in their music that makes them a joy to listen to.
    • NEEDTOBREATHE — Southern Rock / Gospel (Roughly 40/60). Link. "Feet, Don't Fail Me Now" and "Won't Turn Back" show them at the different ends of their spectrum. Love this band, all their music is just so... lovely. It's very warm if that makes sense.
    • NoMBe (Noah McBeth) — Electronic Soul, hard to describe. Link. He's released only a few singles so far, but "Miss Mirage" and "California Girls" are so so good. Just great pop, really.
    • Crash Kings — Piano Rock / Alt Rock. Link. "It's Only Wednesday" and "Saving Grace" are pretty representative of their music. If you like Arctic Monkeys, Cage the Elephant, Imagine Dragons, etc you will probably like these guys. Also, there is no guitar in their ensemble. That's all just a piano with a whammy bar.
That's all for now, I might do some more stuff on here later. Listen and tell me what you think!
