I think he's asking if you're going to add JustinGuy, one of the Admins and d1223m who used to be a mod.

I already added Justinguy, and I stopped making the mods because I ran out of ideas for their health, drops, etc., so I let everyone apply so that I don't need creativity. He can be a mob if he applies here.

Yeah, he's been gone for a while, they just recently removed him from the Mod list

This is AWESOME! I love the max gems, so purplish and pretty! I really like the Maxarias and BigDavie mods, those two are my top favorite.
