    I think it is quite clear what "scamming and rudeness" mean in this case.

    I'd feel uncomfortable giving out the names in the forum, at least until some reasonable (ban appeal?) time passes.

    My impression and my opinion is that the players who apologized and returned the stuff right away do not need to fear any (further) sanctions. Perhaps admins could confirm that?

    Everyone will make a mistake, everyone falls sometimes. A strong community won't beat the fallen, but rather help them get up in appropriate way... ("Hey buddy that was wrong, this time you will be only warned / fined. (But if you do something like that again ...)")
