I am a necromancer, returning this fantastic old thread to life! Also: I'm hosting Something Fishy tonight! It'll somewhere in the wastes, but not too far out. I hope you'll join me! We will likely be visited by some monsters in the night, so be sure to bring some survival gear! The usual facilities will be provided at the place we'll be constructing our fishing village, so don't worry about echests, beds, furnaces, beacons, or food, but the rest is up to you! Before anybody asks: no, we won't be having a build competition tonight - it's all about group survival! "It takes a village"
tonight's event was altogether a rousing, chaotic, and epic success!! thanks to everyone who came and made it a really fun time! I took some pictures of the festivities, and once i'm not absolutely exhausted i'll upload them and post em here probably in spoilers . . EDIT:: Pictures uploaded! oh my gosh, today's event blew me out of the water! (so sorry for the terrible pun) But seriously, y'all, super mega thanks for making it so amazingly fun <3 (we ended up fishing out in that village for 7 hours!!) Here's an album of things that I took snapshots of (hey! I'm getting better about taking pictures to share later with everyone who couldn't come ). However, I don't think I'm gonna do a spoiler with embedded pictures, this time xD there are so many to include in the album! (although it may end up getting done tomorrow, depending on how much I have to do tomorrow ) Look at all the fun we had! (especially those skeletons that hijacked the boats near the end!)
Oh no! I'm sorry you had that disappointing experience. I wish I had known you were having so much trouble, we could have easily found a spot for you to add to our village. I hope next time you're able to come and build! I'm sure it'll be amazing
