  1. I took down the beach house. Well, I took down what remained of it. :( Also, I moved my home lot to SMP5. I'm Shavingfoam's neighbor now. I have no idea what I'll build there.

    EDIT: I'll probably build close to nothing...

  6. I would like to build a little neighborhood near the LLO stadium. The neighborhood would have some prebuilt houses from my designs I'm making, along with areas (Not plots) for anyone to build their own house/shop. Is this ok?

    Also, I vote we have one of our mottos as "The San Andreas of EMC"

  9. I have made my first of hopefully many Legit Designs houses! (Working name...)



    Its the same design of my "Ranch House" model (I'll hopefully have a better name for it soon. :p)

    Its the exact same, other than it not being built out of stained clay. (Due to clay in general not being very easy to find in the LLO.)

    As this is my first house, anyone can move into it for absolutely FREE! Just tell me if you want it, and I will take you to it. It is located in West LLO.

  11. They look nice. It'll be cool to have a little area next to the arena.

    Also, I thought I should mention something. I am launching a business later this week, and it will have a branch specialising in entertainment. And the LLO arena will be owned by this company. But as the LLO is a not-for-profit town, it will be the only arena which I will not charge for the use. If anyone does want to use it, just PM me with time and date of the event, what the event is and any extra information, and I'll get it set up for you.

    I'll be doing some works on it soon, mainly just improvement of the exterior, but there will also be some other changes. I'll be completely fitting out the firework system so it can be used, and I'll finish up the competitor prep rooms.

  20. There are a few images throughout the early pages of the thread where the house isn't destroyed... There might be some on the website too.
