  3. The following works only if you have photoshop
    (perferably CS6)

    How To Use Photoshop For Background

    To make a HD background

    1.Go to Filter>Sharpen More

    To make a flare effect

    1. Go to Filter>Flare>Movie Flare

    Make a render effect
    1.Filter>Blur>Field Blur

    Animinated Figure

    I strongly recommend using Minenimtor

    This really takes about 1-3 minutes to do.
    But I guess if you do not have the access to photoshop, you are looking at $.99~$9 for professional backgrounds
