Returning player, problem with Voter's Helmet

Cannot see underwater, just a cloudy blur. I remember reading years back that Mods could edit something to make it useful for those with this issue. Thanks for any help.

I think you hold it and type /fixitem. (Unless that's just to fix the name on it.)

thanks for the suggestion, but it says "item looks fine". I believe the respiration needs to be knocked down to a III

In your player setting turn your britness to bright should fix it

^ I always have brightness all the way up, thanks for suggestion though. The issue is affinity V and respiration V clashing together, from what I read in older threads it's the respiration that needs to be brought down to III (wiki says the respiration should be III also).
