I have a question about moving residences, specifically in regards to a max residence cap. I was a gold supporter at one point, and since then I have 2 residences. I've never used a max res voucher so my residence cap would normally be 1. So my question is: If I unclaim one of my properties so that I can move to a new area, will I be able to claim it again or will my max cap drop down to 1?
If you were a supporter before July 9th, 2014, you got an extra residence for free (Grandfather clause, EULA stuff - https://empireminecraft.com/threads/new-supporting-options.41103/) If /res says x/x residences, you can unclaim your res and you'll still be able to claim a new one.
Also, becuase I thought it would be nice to know: This also means that, when you now buy a diamond supporter, you still get the 3 extra res's, wich means you'll then have 5 res's (after the suportership it will go back to 2 again) That is the reason quite a lot "older" people have 5 res's, including me
