    Under employment, just seeking employment or help wanted.
    Keep it simple :)
    I would still keep businesses in their own category, because they need one.
    Could even have a real estate section, or whatever other categories you need to cover all the bases.

    Employment is for people looking to hire others to post jobs.

    Services is for people who have services to offer. (Looking to be hired.)

    I also think you could rename the Employment section to The Slave Market for April Fools day.
