Happy Labor Day and Belated EMC Birthday! 2024

  1. Good evening all. I bring promos!

    Tonight I released two new EMC promos.
    1. A totally not late EMC 13th birthday cake promo
    2. A Labor Anvil.
    Both are accessible now via /promo in-game.

    I will also give a minor update afterwards. Nothing amazing.




    The new Labor Anvil has a special limitation. The anvil interface can only be opened 20 times before it is no longer functional. The item will not disappear, but instead will simply become damaged. After this, you will have the option to recharge the Labor Anvil for 2,000 tokens.

    Further note. Is that the uses are counted for just opening the anvil interface. The uses have no relation to the actual items repaired/renamed on the anvil.

    The Labor Anvil is in the /shopworld for 50,000 rupees. Indefinitely.

    The promos will be available for at least a month. Probably 2.

    There is also a 13th birthday promo. I am sorry that this is so late... I know I gave an earlier update which mentioned a PPParty. At this point, I just need to delay that indefinitely. School has started back up and my free time is currently deep in code updating.

    The code updating is going rough. You will notice that I have not given a waste reset timeline. That will be your best indicator when we are getting close on updating. We will just directly to 1.21 when we get to the update. I will give more updates when I know more. Other updates other than urgent bug fixing is mostly put on hold while I work on the update.

    I don't know what else to update on. We out here doing what needs done. :)

    A serious comment, that the use and the token recharge seem quite proper and correctly discounting the OP nature of this promo. Thanks for making it happen!

  13. Love the idea of a recharging anvil! And thanks for getting things going. Real life always does, and should always, be more important and take priority. We understand this, and will be patient and grateful. Appreciate the hard work!

As someone who has navigated their way through 3 college degrees and recently has had limited time to play Minecraft due to IRL chaos, I fully appreciate the struggle and am always thankful for whatever time you have to give to keeping EMC a great server. Thank you for the new promos and all you do for EMC!

  20. Has the Taste the Freedom/Grill With Friends event been disabled yet, or are cows and pigs still dropping promos? I haven't killed any since your announcement, so no clue what to expect.
