Netherlands and Belgium I thought were EC. We show no interest in a war with Sebia. The EC however is a threat by accusing us and its expansion to our borders.

To put 5,000 people into orbit would cost you unimaginable amounts of money. True, at most, possibly 10. But honestly, at this point in the game, the entire universe is obliterated, so there's no point in arguing. So now we sit on our haunches and wait for NN3 to be released. I mean, I don't think you could get 100 people up there in the first place. Launching people is one thing, but add in the hundreds of space station construction and supply flights and that's billions of dollars gone.
