This allows us to manufacture a lot of items very quickly. - High power non nuclear missiles. These have a heat tracking system that allows them to effectively shoot down most aircraft in one hit. They can also be fired at boats any troops. The heat tracking system can be disabled as well. Edit: also, that is not generally something you can do. People will get grumpy. And you have to regard the population above 35 or so who are not very fit to serve in the military.
All inactive military personnel in North Korea are now completely active again, and production has switched to ship factories. Also, many are employed in setting up a wall that is approximately 10 feet tall, surrounding the whole country with doors for ports to keep the pestering French nut jobs off our terroritory.
