This is a shift knob; I didn't know what that was; it is the thing on the top of the stick to change gears with in a car.
It's becoming ever harder... if we don't find some reliable interesting sources soon, maybe we should be content with taking a screenshot of a picture that doesn't include the number more often (assuming the number is written in text, close to the image). I did now find this though, with enough patience. I don't think Jaguarforums does that, though, and they're almost twice as far as we are!
Found this one on first sight! It's from a strange French site that has had half a million visitors, features a nice gif, and can link to a really nice trick if you click in the wrong place. That's some of the most fun I've had during CwP in a while.
