  14. ECID: Incitatus is a special promotional item that was claimed for the 2 years celebration of EMC. It is in limited quantity and this promotional value is what adds to its high speed making it cost a lot. Any horses over 130 speed are not promos and therefore do not have that promotional value. Hope this helps! :)
