only bug I found so far is when doing /ignore player its only doing it for a while, i think its when you log out and back in again you can see what they are saying again in the chat log.
If I had the money FaithCaster and Eclipsys had, and even though they're infinite I would be broke :3 Best update and choice ever. Not again. It used to do this a while back.
Yup. Someone I ignored just logged in and I could see them login and their chat. I did /ignore and then looked at my list they are listed once with '''''''''''' after their name and then there's one whole spot that looked like a name that's just ''''''''''''''''''''. Also when we do /p why does it not tell where we are anymore? I would rather be able to /p and find out where someone is and it helped when people spammed chat looking for their friend who was in the wild or something. I was also having issues with perms on my res. I had to repeatedly type in to take them away and it wouldn't work. Maybe it was me? or does +use on the res for everyone override that?
Any idea when the vault issues can be fixed? Now that most of the other stuff is fixed, I'm out to get this
I really want to wear a creeper head so I can scare noobs... Is that the wrong way to think of the item?
i haven't tried this but it looks like the dispensers are surrounded my stone... so maybe when that is the case they go straight up? otherwise they go out the side and then shoot up.
fireworks go up out of dispensers, doesnt matter what dir they are facing. chests is a mojang easter egg. vault is going to be fixed soon. We had to wait for Bukkit to introduce a new feature to even be able to fix them, which they finally just added (we were going to 'hack' it in before... but very glad we didnt now)
I want to clarify fireworks for the people who do know about, or refuse to go to, Minecraft Wiki: 1) Fireworks are infinite-use items in EMC. Regardless of using them by hand or in a dispenser. 2) You can sell fireworks thru a chest shop only using the "Slot ##" (see Aikar's post at beginning of this thread). 3) Fireworks always launch upwards and continue flying depending how much fuel you made the rocket with (1, 2 or 3 gun powders). When shot out of a dispenser, they go 1 or 2 blocks to the side after dispensing, then continue upwards. If something is blocking the dispenser on the side, the rocket will squeeze out between the dispenser and the blocking item. This makes it possible to place dispensers in the ground, flush with the other walking surfaces, to allow a walkway to become a fireworks display area. 4) When making fireworks keep in mind that the possible combinations in a single rocket are in the 1000's! You can make a firework with 0 to 5 "Fireworks Stars". One that has 0 will end up never bursting into anything but still creates a trail when launched, like any other firework. The possible use of this, is having a dispenser setup to work "machine gun" style and dispense these rockets at 2-5 per second, thus creating a ground sparkler effect. I imagine using more than 1 or 2 dispensers this way will create a lot of lag...so beware. 5) A firework star can be made with TONS of combinations. After the initial 1 gun powder, you have room for the following: A) 1-8 colors and no effects; B) 1-7 colors with 1 effect; C) 1-6 colors with 2 effects. I won't breakdown each effect, but I will mention that you can have up to 8 different colors per firework star. That means, in a 5 star rocket, u can have each color displayed twice and then some! I hope this crash course helped some peeps. I still highly recommend visiting the Wiki site for exact details to get the most out of your rocket-building experience. http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Firework Enjoy!
Pretty good, it's amazing just how many people's problems could actually be solved if they just went to wiki. And as for the bit about lag; I have had this setup on top of my house for a while, each one of those dispensers are completely full and firing at about 2 second intervals, I have experienced no lag at all
how did you get the repeaters to actually repeat? because mine just stay on or off (depending on my switch) the whole time ugh
I'm not sure if you were talking to me lol, but I'll reply; All you have to do is to get a one tick pulse to go though and repeat. Set up some repeaters similar to the way you see here (there are faster versions of this, but in my eyes its far too fast and only causes lag) then, next to one of the redstone dust quickly place a redstone torch and then remove it quick as you can.
