Apparently, on this day in history 29th March 1549 The city of Salvador da Bahia, the first capital of Brazil, was founded, for the UK in the future, it will also be known as the day Brexit was to take place, but still, they squabble (Look at all those chickens V comes to mind)
The global chicken population was estimated to be at 50 billion by 2009 that was an average increase of 4.4 billion a year from 2002. Based on those figures there are approximately 100 billion chickens today. That equates to 12+ chickens for every human!
There are things that money can't buy, those are the things people give you because they come with a thought
So during the summer break I have been thinking of doing NEBOSH health and safety training, it only turns out that were I am currently on placement do that training. Hoping for some free training 👍
That moment when you complete a big redstone project only to find it's not quite working as it's meant to https://imgur.com/a/ZN4eSzC
I found a few mistakes and corrected them but still have the same issue. It's a triple piston extender 2 sticky and 1 normal. The middle sticky and front nor pistons are not retracting. Also logs not getting pushed forward.
So we said goodbye to my car today, 14 years old and showing it's age in the clutch and gear department. I think winter hit it hard last year and heading back into the cold weather it just became one winter too many.
I had already decided on another car which suddenly became that more urgent when after driving to the car showroom, I was informed that my car had leaked petrol along the road and a puddle had now formed under the car in the car park. I would like to say that they gave me £100 part exchange but I think it was a sympathy gesture and agreed to dispose of it for me. New car on its way :D
There are times when I look at my computer screen and think, look at the clarity of that screen, generally that's just after I have cleaned it :D
For the older players, do you ever get strange looks from ppl when you say you play Minecraft, those are the ones who will never understand :)
Ah, Pong "Tbird1128" those were the days hitting a dot across the screen, ppl have no idea on what they have missed out on :D
Indeed they don't. I still have my Sega Genesis and games...I used to work for Sega and would get almost all my games for free.
Added an additional monitor 21.5", it came with 3 different cables other than the one I needed, [HDMI] typical. I also bought a new mouse, but not so keep on it. I will give some time to see if it grows on me, no buttons though for clicking forward or back on web pages.
Multiple monitors is the most amazing thing ever. :D Not sure if you knew, but ALT + [left/right arrow] makes (almost) every page in programs go one backwards or forwards, I use it all the time. :)
I liked my old mouse as it has 2 buttons on the side which is a simple thumb click, I got used to the lazy way :D
Un-able to get laptop to recognise SSD via USB so not able to clone. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Windows-10-not-recognizing-USB-connected-SSD/m-p/6910573
:D happy to hear that it's just a stupid cable instead of the entire drive! :D Good luck with the rest! :)
I bought my SSD 4.5 years ago for 90 euros (±80 pounds)... it has a capacity of 120 GB... Prices have gone down so much, it's insane. Also definitely awesome though. :)
I also thought before that it would be awesome to be able to buy real things with rupees, but that is indeed sadly not the case. :P
Regardless of what you get, I hope it all works out for ya Silken! I’m currently using a couple Samsung SSD’s - External/Internal. Those were more expensive than what I could of bought, but once you find out what all you can use, it boils down to price, quality, experience, and review ratings.
