Yeah... I'm not so sure if that's good in most cases. I think you should be radical as a person, but this sounds like many of these movements would be trying to force things upon other people.

Nothing good has come from radicalism, especially religion, radical religion is the worst thing that has ever plagued the earth, both Catholicism and Islam especially; Islam isn't the only religion that has been radical (cough, medieval catholic church)

The modern day catholic church is still pretty radical when it comes to defending priests and illicit activities with children.
