I guess you mean caramel popcorn? Carmel is an ancient Middle-Eastern settlement. :P Even if so: no, I have not heard of caramel popcorn. Yeah, probably. I didn't know there was a modern city referred to as 'Carmel' as well. Rules I had never heard of Bloviate. Wiktionary has the following on it: Particularly used of politicians, bloviate has passed in and out of fashion over the centuries, falling out of fashion by end of 19th century, but was popularized in the early 1920s with reference to president Warren G. Harding, again in the 1990s, and again during the 2000 presidential election. Its usage has increased since then.
Dr. Who I only know the word bloviate because my highschool history teacher used the word constantly on an almost daily basis lol.
