Why are you rolling with the lie? I think everyone on this server has suffered lag and we all know the server automatically kicks you and tells you to log back in... those of us who’ve flown on utopia or with an elytra are especially acquainted with that fact. It’s completely unheard of for someone to suffer lag, for a staff member to even notice the fact you’re suffering lag before you get kicked, and then permanently ban you without doing their research. You don’t have to tell us what actually happened - that’s between you and the staff team if you want it to be - but you also certainly don’t have to lie to us.
Its your problem if you don't believe me, I know what happened and I am working to get this resolved.
Also I'm not going to argue with you guys anymore, I'll just keep waiting for a response from the appeal team.
All I know is that the situation you’re saying happened to you is unheard of and you’ve already displayed what was either a flimsy understanding of the rules or a complete disregard for them; getting banned again within such a short space of time indicates the latter, or at least flags you up as someone who likes to push the limit of them. I’d love to give you the benefit of the doubt but unless the staff say they’re in the wrong here I don’t really have any reason to suspect they made an incorrect decision. The spin, if not an outright lie, that you’ve cast on this situation - so very publicly - isn’t helping your chances. Good luck with your ban appeal and remember to check the mods you’ve got installed next time you log in.
This is what 4,000ms ping looks like to other players. She was building 1x1 towers with gaps in the air, jumping all over the place, and floating in the air, but she's not banned. I'm sure staff members use /ping <username> before making a decision. The server probably keeps logs of this stuff if not.
Idk I might have had mods on by accident, although I don't think I did, but all I know is that I got banned.
I'm going to advise that this thread stop. I have the information and I will do with it as I do with all information in disputes, taking time to review not only what the player says but also the evidence gathered by the staff because as everyone knows, these type of bans do require that the staff has very credible evidence so that I can review it. I will let the player know when I have made a decision.
